Taylor Family Reunion

This weekend was the annual Taylor Family Reunion Camping Trip. This year the camping trip was at Cedar Mountain in Utah. We really liked the location mostly because its only an 8 hour drive for us!

Kiley had such a good time, but I think the excitement of camping and 4-wheelers made her a bit cranky sometimes. She didn't really want to do anything else except ride the 4-wheelers or play on the 4-wheelers.

I think Kiley's favorite part of the trip was being with her grandpa and grandma. She LOVED playing with them this weekend and Shawn and I really enjoyed having some down time. THANKS STEPHANIE AND VIC!!!

4th of July

Shawn Kiley and I went to Kanab UT for the 4th of July. It was Grandma Fleckner's family reunion. Melissa, Ryan, Mr. Ashton, Mom and Dad were all there. It was really great to see everyone, but we wished Joe, Mark, Teri and James could have been there too.

We spent a lot of time hanging outside of Great-Aunt Zelma's house. Kiley and Ashton had so much fun playing outside.

We went to the Kanab parade in the morning.

Mom rode in a corvette in the parade. No one really knows why. Weird.

Kiley enjoying her candy that she collected from the parade. She never ate any of it, but she loved putting the candy in her bag and taking it out and then putting it back in her bag.

Father's Day Weekend

Shawn had to work on Father's day from 12pm - 5pm, so we decided to celebrate a little bit on Saturday by going to the Wild Animal Park together. Kiley had such a good time. She really loved the gorillas AND since she's learning how to say the word Gorilla it was perfect. The funny thing is, she called the gorillas "Darla". I guess the gorillas reminded her of our bull mastiff Darla!

Sunday (Father's Day), Kiley and I got up around 7:30 and made breakfast for Shawn. Actually, I made breakfast and Kiley just sat there eating a banana. Shawn asked for French Toast. So, he got French Toast, Sausage and Cinnamon rolls.

Shawn watched sports on his new 40inch TV all morning and then went to work. After work he met me over at my mom and dad's for the Father's Day Party. Shawn is the such an amazing dad. Kiley and I are so lucky to have him.

Home Improvement

We finally cleaned out our front planter and it looks great! We forgot to take BEFORE pictures, but i found a picture online from google.maps. Plus, look how much greener our grass looks now.

Happy Mother's Day

Today was such a great day. Kiley and Shawn brought me breakfast in bed! I didnt have to do anything today! Shawn is always the best husband.
We went to mom and dad's for dinner and Kiley wanted so bad to play in the pool, so we let her. How cute is this? She had so much fun spashing around. She is going to LOVE playing in the pool this summer.

PS: I know she doesn't have her bathing suit on, but that's because we didn't plan on her swimming today. Don't judge me.
